CHOCORANGO


Chocolate is delicious and nobody debates it. White, dark, milk chocolate... creamy, crunch... yuuummmy, is mouth watering!
Now, try thinking in all this sweet stuff with one of mother's nature creations: strawberries sweet and good looking good and tasteful! Hard to imagine a better match! It's simple, easy and, of course, very tasteful. Ladies and gentlemen... our first master piece: the CHOCORANGO!






20 strawberries
90 grams milk chocolate
90 grams white chocolate
Sprinkles are optional

Directions:
Wash and dry the strawberries, reserve.
Arrange the sprinkles in bowls and reserve.
Grate both chocolates. Put them in separated bowls and microwave it for 20 seconds. Mix it well. Microwave it for 20 seconds more and mix it again, so the chocolate is smooth and shiny. If you think is necessary microwave it for 15 more seconds.
Hold the strawberry with the spoon help and pour chocolate over it. Dive the strawberry in sprinkles bowl. Let it dry in the fridge. Repeat the process with the remanning strawberries.

Note: If you prefer you could use dark chocolate.
