TUNA BOWLS

You know that great noise you hear when you bite a fresh toast? Good, right? So put some filling in it, creamy with tuna, tomatoes, onions, parmesan cheese... yummy even better. Ideal for afternoon snacks, but if you wake up earlier is worth to try it in the breakfast.

20 crustless sliced bread
6 oz tuna in oil
3 seedless diced tomatoes
1/2 diced onion
1 garlic clove smashed
1 diced brioche
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper

Directions
With a rolling pin, squeeze the sliced bread. Arrange carefully the bread in little pans forming little bowls. Bake it till the edges are golden brown. Reserve.
Soak the french bread in milk for 5 minutes. Fry the onions and garlic in oil, add the tomatoes and braise it. Add the tuna, bread, salt and pepper.
Fill the bowls with the mixture, sprinkle the bread crumbs with the grated cheese.
Bake for more 10 minutes. It could be served hot or cold.

Yield: 20 bowls.
