PARMESAN CHEESE QUICHE


Any idea and desire to waste time in the kitchen to make a light dinner? Combine a few ingredients of this quiche and have an easy and delicious snack.






300g flour
1/2 tsp salt
150g cold butter, cut into cubes

Filling
2 eggs
150ml cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Nutmeg

Directions
Whisk together the flour and salt. Rub with your fingertips in the butter, but not overmix. Cover with a wrap and chill for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Roll out the dough and cover a 22cm round pan with it, pinch with a fork. Bake for 20 minutes until is lightly golden brown.

Filling
Whisk the eggs, cream, parmesan cheese and nutmeg. Spoon this mixture over the baked dough and bake for more 15 minutes.

Serves: 8 portions.
