BRIGADEIRO MOUSSE


If you need a last minute dessert don't think twice, do this mousse. But if you have a lot of time, do this mousse anyway. It's brigadeiro flavor and the texture is divine! Light and sweet on the right manner!






1 can sweetened condensed milk (395g)
1 tbsp butter
100g dark chocolate, grated
200g cream
2 egg whites whipped
Chocolate sprinkles

Directions
In a pan, mix very well the condensed milk, butter and chocolate. Cook over low heat, constantly stirring until thickened and the mixture is a bit thicker.
Remove from heat and stir in cream. Let cool. Gently, fold in whipped egg whites. Divide into serving cups and sprinkle the chocolate sprinkles. Let to chill.

Serve: 8 portions.
