So easy recipe for a quick and tasty meal! In 5 minutes you prepare the beef and more 5 to grill them in skillet. The kofta kebabs are juicy, very spiced, yummy!
500g ground beef
15 large leaves fresh mint, finely chopped
1 tsp Baharat spice mix
Salt
Olive oil
Directions
1. In a bowl, mix the beef with chopped mint, baharat spice and salt. Gradually, add olive oil until beef is very moist. Make the kofta kebabs using skewers.
2. Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat. Brown on all sides the kebabs. Serve.
Dicas: We sided the kofta kebabs with a Creamy ricotta.
Rende: About 5 kofta kebabs.
