STRAWBERRY FROZEN YOGURT


Yummy!! Cold ice cream to chill this summer! With a combination of yogurt and strawberries you can't go wrong! Cool and full of flavor!






150ml water
175g sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
500g strawberry
300ml natural plain yogurt

Directions
Let to boil the water, sugar and lemon zest for 3 minutes. Let to cool.
Make a purée with the strawberries and yogurt, add the boiled water and beat again.
Place in the ice cream maker for 20-30 minutes.
To make it without an ice cream maker, let to freezer and whisk between 30-60 minutes, to have a creamy ice cream, until is froze.

Cook's tip: The frozen yogurt of the pics was made without the ice cream maker.

Serve: 1 liter.
