Yes. And before you lady say me I'm completely insane I'll explain. The watermelon can be frozen in cubes, seedless if possible, ready to turn to a fresh juice. Or you can make an ice cream, boiling some water with sugar, mix seedless watermelon purée and freeze. Very refreshing.
What a hoot! I didn't even think to ever freeze watermelon. good idea!
