Is it possible somebody know the ceramic knife and doesn't sigh for it? It has a beautiful design moreover is extremely resistant, durable, light, well the best you could have. The cut is precise and really sharp, being compared to the cut of a diamond. The knife is very easy to handle, facilitating who needs to cut a lots of ingredients. No doubt is a wonderful gift to the cook!
P.s. The Chocorango doesn't have a ceramic knife yet.
I don't have a ceramic knife yet either. I always wondered how sharp they were, but you stated they are sharp, so now I want one. I can't stand working with a dull knife.
