If you don't like ice cream in the winter, copy the recipe for the summer 'cause it's a really good recipe! This homemade frozen yogurt doesn't takes so much fat, doesn't need early preparation and even if you don't have an ice cream maker you'll have, at least, the same result of the pictures.

Frozen Yogurt
150g heavy cream
1.190g plain yogurt
60g sugar
1 tbsp alcoholic beverage (whisky, cognac)

Strawberry Topping
200g strawberry
1/2 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

1. Place the heavy cream in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to cool it. DO NOT FREEZE IT. Whisk the cream until firm, add sugar and whip just until make soft peaks. Add yogurt always whisking and then the chosen alcoholic beverage.

2. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Whisk well and return to freezer. Repeat the same process in 15- 15 minutes so it'll not makes ice crystal . When the cream are frozen, it's ready.

Strawberry Topping
3. Wash the strawberries and cut into small pieces. Combine the strawberries and lemon juice or vinegar and cook over minimum, occasionally stirring. Make a pressure with a spoon to mash the little pieces and cook just until make a thick sauce. Let cool and serve with the frozen yogurt.

Tips: You can use your ice cream maker, so you don't have to whisk the mixture from 15-15 minutes.
Try the sugar, if you find necessary add a little more, but it don't must to be too sweet.
The frozen doesn't 0% fat, 'cause the cream and yogurt have fat. But in this recipe any kind of vegetable shortening.
