Yummy! This cake is delicious! Goes with the easy as pie recipes that it's just mix everything and bake. It's sweet, light, so soft, with cinnamon touch.
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp baking powder
150ml canola or corn oil
Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Reserve a 25x19cm rectangular pan.
In a large bowl, mix dried ingredients and make a depression in the center. In other recipient, whisk the eggs with oil and pour over the depression. Mix everything (you can use your hand), spoon into the reserved pan and bake for 15 minutes turn the oven to 390˚F and bake for more 7 minutes, insert a toothpick in the center, when comes out wet, remove the cake from oven. Let cool in the pan and cut into pieces. Serve warm or in room temperature.
Yield: 12 pieces.
