Simple food and really tasty. Onion fried in butter, steak with the pleasant taste of sweet pepper and corn on the cob to side.
3 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, flaky
1 small pepper, sliced
4 fillet steaks
4 corn on the cob, cooked with salt
Heat the butter in a skillet and fry the onion in low heat. Add garlic and pepper and fry a little more. Reserve.
In the same hot skillet, add a little more butter if necessary and fry one steak at a time and season with salt. Add reserved onion, garlic and pepper and heat again. Serve immediately with corn on the cob recently cooked.
Serve: 4 portions.
