BASIL CHICKEN INSTANT PASTA


Even in the rush you can have a complete and healthy meal. You'll not take more than 10 minutes of your time to prepare this pasta that is very easy and tasty made with really common ingredients.






140g instant pasta
Butter
100g boneless, skinless and seasoned chicken bread, cut into strips
100g carrot, julienne cut 
1 tomato, diced
Salt
Pepper
Fresh basil

Directions
Let to boil in a pan about 1-1,5 liters of water. When it's boiling add pasta and cook until is al dente. Drain, add a little butter and stir.
Boil carrot for 2-3 minutes to become soft but al dente. 
Heat a skillet and and fry chicken in butter. Brown one side, add a little more butter and brown the other side. Do not over-fry, just enough to cook the meat. Add boiled carrot and tomato. Add pasta and stir even on heat. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat, add basil and serve immediately. 

Cook's tip: You can use any pasta shape.

Serve: 2 portions.
