Complete, colorful and healthy meal. It doesn't takes so much time and delicious! You can have it preparing this pasta with a oriental touch. It's practical, fast and really tasty.
300g yakisoba noodles
1 tbsp salt
150g carrot, cut into sticks
150g broccoli, cut into medium pieces
100g bell pepper (red and yellow), cut into medium pieces
1 large onion, cut into medium pieces
200g meat, cut into cubes
2 tbsp ginger, grated
1. In a pan with 300ml boiling water, add salt and noodles. Mix with a fork for a few minutes, so the noodles won't stick together. Let boil following the instructions of the noodles manufacturer. Drain the noodles, add a little butter and mix. Reserve.
2. While the noodles are cooking, in another pan, cook the carrot for about 3 minutes. Add broccoli and bell pepper and cook for more 2 minutes or just until is al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. Reserve.
3. Sautée the onion in the butter until brown. Reserve. Fry the meat in more butter, season with salt and add the grated ginger to brown a little more.
4. To finish, add to the meat pan, the cooked and drained noodle, vegetables and onion. Mix and serve immediately.
Serve 3 portions.
