The pics aren't good but this pasta is so tasty! Lemon and basil gives a super refreshing touch to the cream sauce. Delicious for summer!
2 tbsp butter
150ml heavy cream
3 tbsp lemon juice
Zest of 2 lemons
Fresh ground pepper
Fresh basil leaves
1. Cook the pasta in 500ml water and 1 tbsp salt until is al dente.
2. Meanwhile the tagliatelle cooks, melt the butter in another pan and add the cream, zest and juice of lemon. Let to boil and add a little salt.
3. When the noodles are cooked, drain and mix in the boiled cream. Season with pepper and serve with fresh basil.
Tips: You can use lime or lemon.
Serve: 2 portions.
