Wow, really? So that's why they say to put a ripe banana with avocados :)
I learned not too long ago not to store onions and potatoes together because it will cause the potatoes to spoil very quickly. Good tips about the fruit, too.
I think I had heard that as well. I think I heard you're supposed to put bananas in contact with whatever other fruit you want to ripen. Thanks for this tip!!!
