The tip today is how to grill steak. Season the beef as usual and heat very well the grill or skillet, add a little oil or olive oil if necessary and add the steak. If the grill or skillet was very hot will seal the beef; doesn't loosing juice. After one side is golden brown, turn over and brown other side. Never press the steak preferably handle it with a food tong.
