This is a very useful recipe, you can make the cookies seasoned as you want; oregano, rosemary, basil. You can add pepper, grated parmesan cheese or sesame seed. Every flavor makes this petit four perfect to side with a cup of coffee.

Oregano
70g unsalted butter, cut into cubes
60ml plain yogurt
Directions
In a bowl, whisk flour, salt and oregano. Rub the butter with a fork, do not over mix. Add yogurt and comes everything together. If the dough becomes too smooth add a little more flour, but if it becomes too hard add a little more yogurt. Cover with a plastic and chill for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
