This brownie recipe doesn't use melted chocolate but cocoa powder. It's a very rich cake, perfect for a lovely give away.

Recipe from the blog Da Caipirinha ao Café.

3/4 cups oil
1 colher (chá) de essência de baunilha
2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Sift sugar with salt, flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix well and reserve.

2. Whisk the eggs until is foamy. Whisk in oil and vanilla. Gently fold in the sifted ingredients until smooth.

3. Pour this batter into a 30x20cm pan and let to bake for about 20 minutes or until is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out lightly moist. Cut into 5cm squares and let cool over a rack. Decorate with melted dark and white chocolate.
